My kids love banana bread. I was at Amy's house a few weeks ago and she had made little banana muffins instead of bread. My kids loved them. Almost every week I make a batch of little banana muffins and these two boys eat almost every one. Lincoln usually has 2-3 in his hand at all times. Often he takes a bite out of one, puts in back on the counter, and then reaches for another one. The boys always get excited to know it's banana muffin day and enjoy watching them cook in the oven.
