A friend in our ward told me about a little creek that was adjacent to a park that my kids like to play out. I had been to the park a few times, but had no idea about this little creek bed. The next day we took the kids for FHE and let them play in the water. It was a lincoln paradise. He would pick up a rock and throw it and could easily pick it up and throw it again.

We did a little hike earlier that day with a friend--called Rick's Creek Trail. This is the the same water source that go throw the park. The trail is just a little higher up in a neighborhood. It was only about .4 mile loupe and was a perfect little trail for little kids.
My boys especially loved the bridges. This little girl is my friends daughter. Her mom loves the outdoors too, so we hope to go on more hikes together in the future.
